Once again Shampers did not disappoint. Simon and his team have created something truly amazing here - an oasis in the heart of Soho - a true find and an unrushed chilled relaxed atmosphere with one of the best wine lists you will ever see. Food as usual was amazing - staff fantastic and as usual a selection of interesting characters frequenting - a must visit.
Great wine and food . A perfect venue in the heart of London just off the busy Regent Street, Piccadilly. Although plenty of seating they do get very busy. They consistently provide a choice of delicious dishes from the menu and offer a great selection of wines. Enjoy a glass or bottle of wine with friends over lunch or dinner.
Really liked this place great service great food and the wine list is nice and long. Any issues choosing the right wine we just asked and our waitress helped pick out a great wine for us. Bread and butter pudding was amazing and the overall decor and experience was super chilled and enjoyable. Probably my favourite restaurant in the area and just walked in and got a table which is something you can't say about the restaurants in the court next door.
Wonderful place to eat with friendly service and great food. A lot of choices on food but an amazing selection of wines. Highly recommend.
We had a dinner Saturday 9th of December 2017. Waiting time was really short, just 10 minutes for a big group 8 people without reservation. Restaurant is on the basement while at the first floor there is a nice wine bar. The place is an independent wine bar and restaurant with a bit vintage. The food was okay we had soup of the day, fish, oysters, lamb Wine selection is quite good and not overpriced. Only issue we had was with the service, probably one of the worst I saw in London. Fist and last visit, nothing memorable.

Lovely, authentic wine bar with loads of choice at lots of different price points. A cosy and lively atmosphere!
Average place. We came here expecting great wine bar with meats and cheese or maybe a full dinner based on rating. Staff was friendly enough, though they forgot to bring us water. Prices are high enough. Wine selection is great, but they do not have proper wine glasses, and wine has been served very warm. Meat platter was very small and overpriced comparing to Paris ones. Soup was good. I would expect much better experience considering the prices and mandatory 12.5% service charge which is called optional by some reason. Maybe all that happened because they were expecting for a large group of people to come they had something like a banquet. I don't think I'll come back.

Very busy eatery in Soho, had a wonderful lunch here recently, and the service was very personal. I would recommend booking if you really want to eat here, as it could be a long wait for a table unless you arrive very early! I believe the restaurant is in the hands of long-term owners, and it shows in the way customers are looked after. Thoroughly recommended, either for a quick bite, or a full three courser
