Beware! Hyundai SG Petch Darlington do not complete HPI checks on cars they sell. 2014 purchased a car from them. I then sold that car last year. Unbeknown to me the previous owner who had sold it to SG Petch Hyundai Darlington still had outstanding finance. SG Petch Darlington claimed it had no HPI outstanding as they apparently carry out a full check. Lies! Black Horse Finance are now on the case. Thanks SG Petch Hyundai Darlington, due to your ineptness at any point for over 3 years that car could have been taken from me. I paid you cash & part-ex my car.

Took my campervan here for a free pre-season health check. Staff friendly, premises well set out and clean. Fifteen minute walk to a retail park, with a Costa. Go in the other direction, and walk the one mile, into Darlington. There is a cycle path to keep pedestrians off the busy road. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because I had difficulty parking my 'van up, on arrival. Vehicles parked everywhere! Two motorhome bays available but both were occupied.

Purchased my first car with Sg petch in Darlington in December 2017. Lovely Nissan juke, salesman was excellent Kevin bell. Well last week I noticed my car was using oil, I contacted the branch, I was personally contacted by the after sales manager Mike Smith. I can't speak highly enough of him how he helped me out. He asked me to bring my car I  following morning, met me that day got my car checked and he arranged to contact Nissan in Durham and loads with them my problem. They did not have a loan car to give me so Mike gave me his vehicle for the day, he personally took my car to Durham and got my problem solved that day. And rang me later that evening to come back to swap cars back and drive away in my car. (Fingers crossed) problem solved. I would highly recommend buying from sg petch at darlington anyway. Just want to say big thank you to Mike Smith after sales manager. Thank you

I booked my car in for an inspection under warranty and within a few days they managed to fit me in with a courtesy car eventhough they where very busy anyways. However on the day of the booking the branch had internet and telephone issues, which they made sure didn't affect me and let me keep the courtesy car overnight to ensure no disruption was caused to my working week. Due to this I would not hesitate in recommending this garage/ dealership to friends and family. Thanks again!!
