Today was the worst day of my life. Phonecall first thing to say my mam had passed away suddenly. Driving from Barnard Castle to Consett to see her I got a flat tyre. I went into the garage and promptly burst into tears. The guys there couldn’t have been more caring if they tried. They took my car and gave me a courtesy car so I could get on with what I needed to do. Then I got the phone call later in the evening to say my car was ready. I’d like to especially thank Kevin, who is going through his own grief. Those guys gave me faith back in human kindness, especially with the state of our world at the moment x
Friendly and efficient staff providing service and MOT for my winter ride again.
Disappointed as use the jet garage alot for petrol. Went in to drop a parcel of and the machine is at the far end of the shop as I have walking difficulties I said I couldn't walk that far. No offer of help or anything so took my parcel and left, If you can't help disabled people maybe you should not offer evri went to another garage who were really helpful,
I used the fuel station on Sunday but on getting home noticed that I had been overcharged I think the person on the till just pressed the wrong digit, accidents happen. I contacted the business and was told the manager Sam would phone me the following day. He did so and apologised for the error and refunded the money to my card and even sent me a photo of the receipt. Brilliant customer service, all done promptly and courteously.
