Recently travelled from Leeds to buy a black BMW 1 Series. Great service from everyone and extremely friendly. No pressure sales and such a helpful and clear process. I would definitely go back for future cars. The BMW itself is an amazing car.
I travelled from Macclesfield via train after seeing the car online and Joni kindly picked me up from the station. They had a brilliant video walk round of the car as well as 40+ photos. I was pretty much sold on the car before but I called them to confirm some details. Joni was very helpful and very informative. I was delighted with how great the car looked. I only needed 10 minutes to confirm that I was buying the car and I was on the road home within 30 minutes of arriving. i cannot recommend highly enough. Great experience
So I travelled from Kent after seeing the car online. Rang them for details and get a price for a part exchange. Rob was very helpful and very informative. I travelled and was pleasantly surprise how great the car looked. Joli left me on my own to have a good look around the car, which was nice as other garages they would be standing over your shoulder and do a sales pitch. I took my time to look at the condition of the car, play with the electrics make sure everything was working. Perfect! They allowed me to go on a test drive on my own so I can listen out for anything.. car was perfect. On the way home I did get an error message, rang them straight away and Martin was really helpful and said to take it to the local garage and get it checked and he will pay the bill. I took it to the garage, just needed a software update. The garage then contacted MJM motors to pay the bill, which they did. So far the service from Rob, Joli and Martin has been great. I really do recommend them, their cars are in great condition! It definitely was worth the travel. Will go back next time as well. Adding more to this review as its well deserved. With the issue continuing with my car MJM cars were brilliant in helping me resolve the issue. They took in on themselves to contact my garage in order to get the issue resolved. Which has now been fully resolved, MJM took care of the bill as well! I didn't deal with any hassles. I like to say thank you again to MJM cars and definitely would recommend them to anyone.
We have just picked up our new car this morning, I couldn’t wish for a better service than what we received from Joanne & Martin. No pressure to buy just helpful excellent service, and there valeter is just first class. Would highly recommend them.
Bought a Mini Cooper S Countryman & drive all the way from Doncaster for it & it well worth the miles. Stunning car inside & out, just as the advert stated. Fantastic customer service - was told on purchase that they didn’t have the service book & manual because the previous owners still had them but they would send them out ASAP, which I was a little sceptical about but they turned up today complete & fully stamped just as I was told. Would highly recommend MJM. 10/10
Not a good experience at MJM, my partner recent bought a car from Martin. Sales pitch left a lot to be desired, but we bit our lips and my partner bought the car. When she collected the car, a friend suggested an independent inspection, where a section of exhaust was found to be corroded, which is an addition cost. When asked about this Martin was quite defensive which upset my partner. A refund is not the answer, a repair for a car sold in an unsatisfactory condition is! It seems like 'take the cash and run' while turning you back on the customer is the thing to do.
Recently bought a used car from MJM and found them to be excellent to communicate and deal with, I live in Scotland and they are based down South so was nice to be kept up to date with the progress of paperwork and the sale, they provided good quality photos of the car i was buying and a walk around video. I was going with a Trade In and they offered me a very competitive price and the car they sold is immaculate with a fresh service and recent MOT. I travelled down to pick up the car on a Saturday morning. All their staff were adhering to COVID protocols, socially distanced and wearing PPE. They let me inspect the car myself before deciding to go ahead with the sale. All payments went through easily electronically and they provided me with receipts. Excellent service and very happy with the car i purchased.
Sold my car to MJM last month. The sale and process has been so quick and efficient. I would never think to take my car to a garage to sell due to the price garages normally offer but MJM shocked me and offered the best price we could of got. They took the car of us straight away without any issues. We have a few family and friends who have bought cars from MJM in the past with no issues whatsoever so we will certainly be going to MJM next time we decide to get a new car. Thank you again guys!
What a refreshing change it was to buy a car from such a relaxed and friendly place. The staff are helpful but not pushy and there are some great cars to choose from. I absolutely love my new car so I was disappointed when it developed a little fault but I took it back and they sorted it out for me really quickly. I couldn't have asked for better service and in future I'll definitely look there before I even consider anywhere else.
