After spending a long time searching for a BMW 330D Touring and not finding any that met the spec I was after, I thankfully found one on auto trader from MJM. I spoke with staff at MJM who kindly walked around the vehicle talking to me on the phone about every detail answering any questions I had. I was a bit apprehensive due to me living in Merseyside and the car being 3 hours away, I wasn’t sure if it was going to look as good in person. I could not of been more wrong, the first and not the last time I purchase a vehicle from these guys. It was explained to me the tyres all had a decent amount of tread left on them in excess of 4mm, however this was not good enough for Martin as he felt the front tyres didn’t seem perfect. No question at all he put a set of brand new tyres on it.nnThe staff were brilliant explaining the whole process, they collected me from the train station. Joni showed me the vehicle handed me the keys then just left me to it, no pressure at all to be quick and happy to answer any questions I did have. I have not personally attended a dealership like this and the staff just make the place amazing. The vehicle was perfect in every way. The pictures I had seen did not do the justice for the condition this vehicle was in.nnIf you are debating if it’s worth the journey from my experience it is 100% worth it and when I come to get another new vehicle MJM are at the top of my list due to the standard they have set. Thank you guys so much and can not wait to do business again.
Purchased a Leon FR through MJM recently. Great experience, quick and easy! Lovely people to deal with. Would definitely look to purchase my next vehicle through MJM.
