I had to wait over 40 minutes for a service admin as only one person not offered a courtesy car the repairs to my car brake pads and discs took 2.5 days received a test and nothing including no phone call. I had to ring up to see if my car was ready total lack of communication while they cleaned the car ever function from lights to seats was changed so now have to spend a further 30 resetting this please why this was done she. Doing external repairs come looked get it toge ther very poor service.

Bought New Golf in June '17 and had my son call in with it over Xmas because the Cigarette Lighter Socket had fused. Service personal said it wasn't a fuse and disconnected/reconnected the battery and said it was now sorted. In fact that had done nothing and I had to Google the fault to find the 'none existent' fuse hidden away behind the glove compartment and get a friend to swap it out for me. Poor service that they couldn't be bothered to check the problem correctly and in fact even tell us that there wasn't a fuse in the circuit anyway. Seems it was too much of a problem for them...

Absolutely pitiful. I was treated with discontent, was lied to, and the bill was not the agreed price. My solicitor, Trading Standards, and the Motor Ombudsman are now involved to reclaim the four figure price that I paid. I will never step foot in here again.

Basic service OK I think. Questioned report of tyre wear as one tyre was new and recorded as having the same wear as one that has done 6k miles. Intermittent fault on one rear sensor unresolved.
