I am delighted to share my positive experience with Lookers VW Darlington. Based on a strong recommendation, I sought out Jennifer Keenan, who managed the purchase of my 'new to me' vehicle.nAs my current electric lease was expiring, I was looking for a VW ID.3 with a larger battery capacity to improve my winter driving range. I found the perfect low-mileage vehicle on their website on a Sunday afternoon and was pleased to speak with Jennifer immediately upon calling.nThe level of service was exceptional. Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure the car was ready within a very tight timeframe, even coming in on her day off to finalise the paperwork.nnDuring the handover, she spent an hour thoroughly explaining the car's features—including the navigation, climate control, and driver assistance systems. Her product knowledge was impressive, and she made the transition from my 2018 model seamless. Am delighted with the ID3, its comfortable, spacious and has a much longer range than my previous car.nnI highly recommend Jennifer and the team at Lookers Darlington for their professionalism and dedication to delivering a great service.
My whole experience at lookers Darlington was outstanding. Ryan booked me a test drive for the next day when I contacted them and made the buying of my new car smooth and seamless. He went above and beyond ensuring I was happy at each stage of my purchase. Prior to collecting my new car I had regular communication and a video of my new car emailed to be before collection. On the day everything was quick and seamless and a courtesy call was given to make sure I was happy. I will be using lookers Darlington again for my next vehicle huge thanks to Ryan.

As soon as i walked in too Lookers Volkswagon , Darlington ,and saw the car that i was interested in, i approached one of the staff who was more than helpful in showing me the car inside and out, and seemed very knowledgeable about the car , when we sat and talked there was no sales pressure which was good to see. When i went to collect the car, i was shown what buttons did what, i was also helped with setting up my phone to the car which was a blessing, the whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish even the next day when they called to see how things where going. 10 out of 10 for customer service .
We where greated straight away when arrived in showroom by Ryan who asked if there was anything he could help us with. We where interested in a TRoc he went through all the different types and had Knowledge. He then sorted a test drive in the model we where most interested in. The model onside that took for test drive did not have heated seats and we wanted this Ryan went above and beyond to find a model with the spec we wanted. Going through online brochure amd vidos woth us.The petrol blue colour was game changer for me with the black roof and mirrors. Ryan was so helpful we rang to make sure he was working on the Monday as we wanted deal with him. All was straight forward and collected my new car on the following Friday. Ryan called myself on the Saturday to ask.was everything OK and was I happy with my new car answer was am over the moon with it. Ryan was very patient and understanding my Dad's health condition also which ment lot to myself.
