Once again SFC have delivered as promised! Yesterday I ordered an advanced order of 2 family meals (one 16 piece and one 8 piece family bucket) as I had several family members visiting and wanted them to experience the best fried chicken I had eaten. I asked for he order to be delivered at a specific time and Of course I was a little apprehensive with such a large order (concerned that there might be things missings upon delivery) but I was assured ( made a secondary call and spoke to one of the brothers who own the shop) all would be delivered as stated (mixture of 24 chicken pieces, 8 fries, 2 bottle of fizzy drink, salad and sauces). I then received a follow-up call confirming delivery address before driver was setting off. I shouldn’t have worried about a thing....the food was all delivered intact by a very friendly driver who ensured I was happy with the delivery items, and the best thing was even though it was a large order....all the chicken was delivered, fresh and piping hot. The chicken was simply delicious, hot, succulent, tasty chicken pieces as always....my family guests were also impressed with the quality of the chicken and again stated what I already knew....best fried chicken they have tasted. All in all excellent customer service during both initial calls and the final one made by the delivery driver), food (fresh, tasty and all intact), delivered on time so no excessive waiting or praying for it to be delivered soon so not to disappoint guests. 5 our of 5 on all fronts....well done to all at SFC.

The original fried chicken and still one of the best, has been around a very long time, I can't falut it.

Today its charity day from 1 pm till 5 pm. A person walked in at 6.15 pm to ask if he can have free food thinking it was charity, but the man in takeaway raised his voice and abused him saying we dont give food to people like you free of charge. The man walked out with broken heart. The prophet Mohammed (S.A.W) say when giving charity with one dont let the other hand know.This means not to sell what u do in order to benefit your business. I hope u get lesson of this message and what kind of people run this business.

Food was ok but they always forget an item from your order. Always check your order. Amazing how they never forget to charge for everything though!

Delicious food, totally worth the money and took decent amount of time to prepare. Really happy with the quality and taste of their food. Totally recommended. Furthermore Excellent customer service. Polite and respectful.
