The usual excellent McDonald's it is in a great location if your looking to do some shopping its a good retail park with plenty of disabled access.

Absolutely disgusting from start to finish.. had to wait ages for a big tasty, Coke was like water and to top it all off manager shouts next customer to WHERE I WAS STOOD! This place needs shutting down and fast! I won’t ever be returning this isn’t how any McDonald’s Is usually run

There's a girl who works at Forster square at late night. Not just very stubborn, but also provides a bad service. Told me to park up on bay1 she'll bring food out, I asked her can I have tissue and condiments now, she insisted she would bring it out but she didn't, someone else came out with food. Am writing this review because she's done this a few times. Apart from her rest of the staff are spot on. I think I'll drive an extra mile next time, atleast I won't have to see her face early in morning.

appalling customer service from assistant . Hes not bothered to welcome u from beginning and wasnt helpful to optioned others . choices of products also he was arguing about freshness of meat i have got he rudely pointed im wrong and hes right. i assume things happen particularly in the night time when quality and freshness lacking !
