We came in her a few years ago and was let down with the service the staff and said we would not return we are from ManchesternWell,what a big change the staff very helpful the food was on time great price the place looking great againnThank you so much enjoy are return visitnKeep up the great work
Staff lack common sense at this McDonalds, hand you ice creams at the drive thru and ask you to park in bay 1 and wait for your food for half an hour. When confronted about wait times due to staff having a gossip and not actually doing any work a hot and bothered manager huffs and puffs in your face. No customer wants a melted ice cream sat in car waiting for their food.
It's not difficult to understand what you get with McDonald's. This one usually works quick, food is what we all expect, hopefully its clean. I would have given it 5 stars but they don't always get my order correct, and I haven't the time to request a remedy/refund. Food can sometimes be hot and cold, easy to see what they were waiting for to be ready. You get what I pay for here, if you need anything else go somewhere else. I like their coffee and mcmuffin meals, everything else tastes like beige. Go to burger king instead and pay for liquid smoke.
Grabbed a strawberry milkshake on my way past, and it was one of the best I've had. They should all be the same with the perfect thickness and ratio. The only downside is that the drive thru was really busy, so I ordered on the app to pick up. When I went in, I waited around 10 minutes! Come on surely, if people just order a drink, get these done straight away and out the way it takes 10 seconds!
Walked in this morning at 8:50 and by 9:02 I had to leave as no one was manning the tills so i couldn't place an order... This is not good enough!! Supposed to be fast food...
