Visited during a Monday lunchtime. Plenty of tables available so got seated straight away. The outside dining area was not set up even though it was nice and sunny. Ordered a sharing platter and two individual meals. Food was hot and the chicken was soft and tasty. Great service. Staff were friendly, smiling and very helpful.

A quick meal chosen by my mum for her birthday. The staff are literally always great, super friendly and very polite. There seems to be a newer manager, but he's also very lovely! They allowed us to choose our own seating window seat, the food was on point as always, it was a fabulousy warm day, and most importantly, my mum had a great time.  Thank you for your fabulous customer service!

Had some negative experiences previously in other Nandos branches so I wasn't keen on visiting yesterday but the Bradford Centenary Square branch was spot on! Food was beautiful, atmosphere was great, service quick and attentive and the staff were really friendly and full of banter. Will definitely be visiting again

Good food as always, service is normally really good and if an item comes out too late or is forgotten about, the staff usually compensate for it with a complementary item. Overall, good food and good service.

I wish I could put zero stars, food was very burnt and inedible. I contacted them so many times and nobody got back to me kept getting passed from person to person. No accountability. Order from the other Bradford nandos, they don't care about their customers. Ended up giving up out of frustration.

Visited today for lunch and the food was tasty. Staff Maria was very kind and super helpful ! Price was a bit expensive though. Overall recommended !

Went today for a nandos. Staff were all so lovely and smiley nice to see they always had a smile when you looked at them. We were looked after so well especially by Maria and Adam who were extremely pleasant and made sure we were okay throughout our visit. They were both always so helpful and checked in on us to make sure we were okay thank you so much and we will definitely be coming back again! Food was very nice and definitely worth the price :

We always had our food "to go" from Nando's, until we decided to dine in at the Bradford Nando's. Bali attended us and enhanced our experience. She was courteous, polite, professional and helping. 5 stars to this outlet just for her in addition to the food. Wish all restaurant staff is like her. We ordered whole chicken in the sharing platter and Chicken burger from the kiddie meal. The rainbow slaw, garlic breads, corn on the cob, bottomless Gelato were scrumptious. Definitely dining in again!!

First time here. Never tried it before. Popped in for lunch on my own. A lovely experience. Food really nice. Two young ladies who served were very polite and helpful. Didn't get their names ...my receipt said Wania. Very impressed with the level of friendliness and customer service. Will go again.

Been going to Nando's for many years but today service provided by Bally was best experience I’ve had at Nando’s. We were greeted with a warm friendly smile by Bally and shown to our table. Food arrived quick and tasted great. Keep up the good work Nando’s and you’ve got a gem there in Bally.
