Love this place! I work with adults with learning disabilities and sometimes it can be hard to choose where to eat. Not everyone are accepting of everyone. Not once has there been an issue coming here. They are always well looked after and treated as everyone else that goes there. Because of this I go here outside of work with friends and family. Plus the food is Amazing!

Great food as ever. Although I think the owner had misinterpreted the sugar tax by adding 50p to my meal deal. Apparently that's what the Government charge (so he said). I think not!
I enjoy the food, but won't be anyone's fool for a second time. It's just a shame when people try to rip you off. 
It would have been 5 stars but for the extra money making opportunity...

Good food and you get good portions for the money good service and freindly staff. Would recommend the half chicken meal very nice and good value for what you get also a big seating area with comfortable seats and sauces on every table so you have everything there instead of asking for sauces they also bring everything if you choose to dine in to the table

Great quality of food and consistently good quality. 

The prices are good. Bianco offer some great deals on meals. 

The staff seem to be very friendly, especially the owner... 

Unfortunately there small flies (gnats) constantly hovering around your face and above the food, this can be highly annoying. It is something that has been experienced on three occasions... Maybe it is too give the feeling of eating in Egyp 😀

Damage and injury caused by broken furniture. Metal sticking out of a chair. All I got on reporting it to staff was "Nothing I can do", the idiot behind the counter thought I was joking. Manager didn't care when he was called and the other idiot who made the call asked where I bought the clothes that were damaged only for him to say "they don't sell them there" like I'm some sort of simpleton. What a bunch of absolute morons. Even got their meathead friend who was eating to try intimidating me into keeping it quiet. Report going to council and environmental health right now. Idiots. May Allah shove a metal spike up your pathetic arses and see how you like it.
