Tonight was not good.....we as a group of 4 or 5 come in every Monday evening from 6.30.Tonight we sat at our usual table. We were asked to move as they had to set up for a party of 12......why were reserved tickets not on the tables. We moved but then felt bad because a group of gentlemen who come in every week and normally sit where we had "taken over" had to find somewhere else.It is not a case of that is my seat....but a reserved sign should have been on show.Our drinks were overlooked. ...with a curt "yeah yeah yeah"when queried. We were charged for a larger meal than the one ordered. ...again not met with the apology expected.Eventually the difference was refunded.We may return because the venue is handy for us all.I have rated the stars how I normally feel.....not from tonight's experience.

Not good!!!! the rooms are very dated the bed looked like it was ready for the skip and the room smelt horrible to be fair they did move us to another room but that wasn't much better would definitely avoid

A blinding local where there is always someone to talk and your made to feel welcome.
