Felt like being on Love island set I imagine. Staff were ok and everything clean and tidy but far too quiet for me. Rated 4* but much better 4* hotels in the heart of the resort. We were booked for 5 nights but spent two nights of those nights at other more luxurious hotels that had much more going on. Wouldn't stay here again.
Please read carefully if you are thinking of buying a caravan or lodge. You will constantly be told lies regarding council tax and other services. You will be offered no more than £2000 if you want to sell your purchase even if the purchase price was in excess of £100,000 12 months prior. If you complaint you have management threatening to kick you off site. Places like this are owned by multi millionaire conmen around the country who are breaking many laws, local councils are also aware of what goes on and will do nothing about the ownership of these sites or shut them down because back handers go a long way. AVOID PLACES LIKE THIS AT ALL COSTS.

Beautiful holiday park if you like to watch geese, ducks etc, garden staff are very helpful, approachable and keep place immaculate. Residents are amazing, couldn't ask for nicer friends/neighbours.We had both a single, then double Lodge, sold due to getting to 35 degrees in summer in Lodge and freezing dropping to 10 degrees in winter and costing £16.75 a day in gas to heat to 19 degrees, thats before heating price rising. Lost 60k with fees etc when selling so beware if not 100% don't purchase.
Grumpy Jayne in the office no people skills whatever, but take into account personal problems
