Excellent Value for money. The staff here are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so pleasant.They are a real credit/asset to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and of a good quality. Beds are very comfortable.(we had a superior room)We can in a large group and as always that makes it difficult but even not booking enough rooms and the usual last minute changes were no bother. Breakfast was lovely! Would definitely stay again.

Sorry my mum and i went for my birhday and were very disappointed. Our starter, main and sweet were served all at once so our meal was cold plus the waitress thought it was strange went to check the bar person who took our order and said we ordered and payed for it all together therefore ordered it all to be brought to table at same. Eventually we were hungry so ate it as the waitress didn't know what she was doing. We over heard the people sat next to us on the next table got the wrong order and blamed the chef when the couple complained. There were a few mistakes made on other tables. We were very dissappointed.

The grand facade of the hotel is impressive situated right on it's own service road with public gardens opposite and thecesplanade just over the road. It's also by the tram terminus that goes all the way to Blackpool. The inside is warm and welcoming with friendly staff. With two choices of restaurant to choose.either the bay or Victoria lounge you won't go hungry and it's perfect for meeting up with friends.

Superb food no complaints well served free salad when ordering a meal also superb.Been many times in last few years and quality is always the same.Certainly Recomend.

A great hotel food excellent , staff Friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. The hotel has the charm of a bygone era
