Stayed for 2 nights. Dinner was very nice but ran out of quite a few items on the menu due to a busy day.nA big problem was the shower. The water was a trickle. Complained to reception but all we received was an apology. There should have been a small refund perhaps.nThe hotel has a smell of frying everywhere, even in the bedrooms.nOn the whole not a bad hotel with friendly staff.
Always enjoyed the Euston try staying at least once every other month as visit family. Not happy staying and booking room then to be called during week asked to book a table as busy yet we and one other couple were in restaurant so wasn’t busy at all. After paying £110 for room and £115 for meal was then seen a poster for £125 for meal and room made me think why wasn’t I told this on booking something you need to ask other than that hotel is good food is good gym is excellent
Another great experience at this iconic hotel. The fish and batter last evening 19th October was extremely poor and inedible and not fresh…cheap frozen fish comes to mind…so this morning I have the trots! Room was fantastic and recently refurbished to a high standard. Music blaring away from down below till I found my headphones and managed to drift off to sleep. Breakfast and staff brilliant as always. Love this place and normally the fish and chips are fab but not last night they were rubbish…and not cheap!
The food was beautiful.nThis comment was from a previous visit. Unfortunately, we went there last night for a belated Christmas get-together. 2 gluten-free dinners had to be returned due to the pigs in blankets that were tucked under the turkey. When they brought out the fresh ones, my wife had one roast potato on her plate. I had Joel's burger, which came with roasted cherry tomatoes. I was enjoying these until I came across one that had a split in it. The split was full of fungus. This was returned. The team apologised, gave a free round of drinks to the table, and removed the three meals from the bill. A nice gesture that should never have needed to be made. The serving staff, however, we're fantastic...
My first time staying here its a lovely hotel my room was upgraded and so spacious probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at the only downside was we had to wait a while for the food we ordered in the restaurant
