Booked a cab to do two drop offs. I was dropped off last. I didn't realise my cousin had already paid for the cab so I tried to pay again. The driver was very nice and honest and said it had been paid. I then left my purse in the cab and did not realise till the next day. I called the office and they said they would speak to the driver. My purse had my phone, house keys, Oyster pass, credit card and £100 in it. I got a call that evening to say the driver had my purse and I could collect it. EVerything was in my purse. Very very honest company with nice staff. They were very understanding when I was frantically calling them regarding the purse.

charged for a service that I did not received. I book a taxi to deliver items from a place to another early in the morning. I did not receive any phone call to notify me about any problem only to find it out 1 hour and half later that the service that I requested was not provided and I was charge £30 on my Debit card. Worst service ever

The driver was shockingly rude wasn't even outside the destination when called from his mobile demanding he was when he clearly wasn't. Then he got to my destination took me to the cash machine & then demanded I paid upfront and the tone used alongside the disrespectful manner such as ' open your purse' 'pay now' he refused to continue the destination without paying upfront, so I took myself out of the cab. My argument was why would I stop at the machine just not to pay the driver. Shocking would never use this cab service again. I advice you to spend your money elsewhere.

Very rude controller, and the taxi driver was horrible! I had four bags I mentioned this on the phone and I had mentioned the location I wanted to go to, he made a big fuss about me being another door down when he arrived because the hotel i was staying at had two entrances. Then he said you need a bigger car and I told him over the phone they said it would be ok. Then he just stood there watch me drag my suitcases out one by one. And then he made a big deal about where I was going I told him the hotel location and name and he said I need a postcode and name or I can't go. Then he refused to drop me off at the hotel and wanted to leave me on the pavement a 8 minute walk with 4 suitcases as a young lone female. He said something about CCTV. Horrible man!
