Caring and supportive dentist!!! Jordan is super efficient and professional in his service. Myself and my dad are both patients of his and he is first class in his care and attention. Jordan explains what he is going to do and also explains the reasons why. His team at Mapperley Dental Practice are first class!!!
I was having dental care at the practice before Jordon took over and have continued since Jordons as been there. Today I had a root cannel filling, Jordon is a very professional dentist, before and throughout my procedure Jordon explained the stages of the process, and afterwards how i need to care for my tooth. I left content with all care given by Jordon and the lovely Dental nurses.
Next day appointment when I had a sudden problem. They were very reassuring to someone who really doesn’t like going to the dentist! Explained things clearly and work done painlessly.
Recently saw Jordan at the practice who was so caring and made me feel at ease as I am a nervous patient. Explains things really well and is a fantastic dentist. The whole team are so helpful and attentive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality, local, independent, friendly dentist!
Brilliant service and professionalism. I needed a root canal treatment and the practice fitted me in on a cancellation appointment within a few days. The treatment was done in a couple of hours, totally pain free. During treatment everything was explained in detail and I was checked on regularly. I was even taught a bit about the root nerves and treatment which was fun and interesting! A very friendly, polite, caring and professional practice. And one of the best dentists I've seen in my time. Thank you MDC.
I have been with this practice for many years and chosen to stay with them because Jordan offers the same quality, professional care and advice as the previous dentist. I personally prefer that it is a smaller practice - it feels a more personal service. Pat and Jen are very welcoming and approachable and nothing is ever too much trouble. My own experience of being a patient here is very positive
Professional, gentle and caring. These are the words that come to mind if I was asked to describe the new dentist at Mapperley Dental Care. As a long time patient, I was apprehensive to learn that the surgery was in new hands, however any hesitation was soon put to rest by the new dentist. Jordan is a really good dentist and made me feel at ease throughout the exam appointment and my treatment. I would recommend this surgery to all and look forwards to my next visit
Normally I find it very difficult get an appointment during the school half term. I was very lucky the team was brilliant and Jen found me a slot to book me in. Jordan is a brilliant dentist. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything fully before and after my treatment. Patt assisted Jordan and she is amazing.They both put me at ease with their calm and friendly nature. I wish I could give more stars for their excellent service. I will definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a first class treatment.
A great dental practice where I have always received a friendly service from reception staff, nurses and my dentist. So happy I changed my provider and switched to private as I feel confident in the services and advice provided. My dentist is great and doesn’t mind talking me through everything in detail which makes me feel so much more comfortable as an anxious patient! Thank you
