Staying here atm... lovely site .. well kept clean.. ok by a road and rail line but it so greatly situated..near Bath, Frome and lots of attractions like Longleat etc etc ... we're having a lovely time... definitely stay again...

Small, quiet, site with all the basic, no frills facilities. Lovely site. Shower/toilet block could do with updating. May be near railway line and road but no problem with us.

Small site with everything you need.  Stayed a week during COVID.  Well maintained a helpful.

We called to pre-booked, the owner was friendly and helpful. The facilities are dated but well maintained, limited things for children to do so bring some outdoor toys or bikes, there are a couple of swings and a stream for paddling or net fishing.  The tent field ground is mostly level soft ground with a few picnic benches dotted around.  A great "no frills" site, fairly priced at £13 per night summer 2013 for a small tent with car, the only negative is that it is situated off a busy road so expect constant traffic noise at night ear plugs recommended for light sleepers , there is also a railway next to the road which also adds to the noise.  On the plus side it is well located for Local supermarkets, Longleat AP, Glastonbury, Chedder Gorge etc.  A nearby pub The Fox and Hounds serves excellent food at a good price, booking is essential at weekends,

Turned up and was told we were too big!!! 8.5mtrs tag axle when there was already one parked up? Basically told sorry but mess off! I had booked in advance and told them the size of our motorhome as I had seen another review where the owner had complained about the size of another motorhome. Not impressed and would not recommend.

Very out dated site, facilities could do with agood clean. Owner complained even though told the sizes of caravan & camper. Also extra charge for children not advised at time of booking. Shame with some updating could be a lovely site

Great little campsite, basic but only 15 mins from Longleat. One toilet block but had everything you need.

Lovely spot, great for the dog and a place to rest and refresh.

I love this sort of small, quiet, picturesque site with all the basic, no frills facilities.

Very close to road and railroad. Facilities were spare but sufficient. Value for money, I guess
