Updated 1st March 22 from 5 star to only 1. I am strongly considering changing my GP. Very happy at the beginning. For the last two years quality of service dropped drastically. Wrong advice given by reception staff. In case of ear infection I lost two days as I was advised to go to Chemist. Without GP prescription you won't get anything.
Great doctor's surgery, like all surgeries these days will try to accommodate patients, will see you in an emergency
The receptionist Lorraine needs disaplinary procedings brought against her as she isnt willing to help me when I have a serious medical condition not letting me book an appointment!! Disgrace!!
All doctors and staff have been so helpful with me and my hubby and macies they have been great during the this virus thanks to everyone at centre
