It was so quick, easy to organize and simple, just hassle and stress free completely. Having it over video call in my own home made me more relaxed too. The interviewer was fantastic putting me at ease straight away. I really liked how they explained the interview process which helped with my nerves. They asked fantastic questions very related to the role. Over all this company and their way of carrying out interviews is fantastic. I would highly recommend this company.
That was comfortable interview I have ever done in my whole life. Feeling relaxed and able to express myself with easy. I think the interviewer just made a stress free environment, listening well to every detail I say. Questions were so clear, could not ask for clarification. If interviews were to be done in this way I think companies can easily pick the right candidate so easily because not all can express their point well but are good nurses. Lastly, the questions are clinical and research evidence based. That makes the interview relevant and objective enough to get the right candidate. Good job!

Today, I had a great opportunity to have an interview regarding my work experience, a personal and doctor's approaches, job perspectives before starting new posts for my locum agencies. The questions were interesting, and valuable, and my interviewer lady was very professional and kind. I believe that she got most of my answers right and I had an opportunity to express myself well. I am a confident person but always find interviews nerve racking. I ensured that I was organised and had all the relevant information ready but still felt rather nervous.
