Personally wouldn't even rate this medical centre. As they say each to their own. Receptionist staff are rude, I myself am a receptionist for a NHS business have been for nearly 3 years yes I get you have your odd bad day, your busy days, your own problems and not nice customers to serve but to have a bad attitude and to have a vibe were you seem like you don't want to be there you probably don't 24/7, people go to the doctors when they have problems going on themselves so to just crack a smile wouldn't hurt would it?? The doctors all say the same been going since I was a baby when they used to be on Lady Bank Bellahousten back in the better days. I was getting my bloods took recently as for the past two years I've been complaining about bad stomach problems and as per usual they hit me with IBS because they can't think of anything else all the tablets and nothing works so clearly not IBS, these recent blood tests have 110% put me off going back, I have photographic evidence, the nurse who credit due was actually nicely mannered but probably cause she never fully knew how to deal with a patient who has bad veins to get blood out of has left my arm in a state not to help she never even got blood out!! she continued to try both arms twice and my left arm the second time she basically done dot to dot with and now my arm is covered in stab marks and all red and sore! Never have I felt so ill, I'm one to not have a fear of needles I find them quite relaxing actually but after that experience I'll never be going near a needle again!!
