School Uniform supplies store is quite spacious. Most school in  South London would use this store for school uniform shopping. The store is well stocked up and there is plenty of staff to help. It can get extremely busy in the summer leading up to september school term. If you can, it's best to buy early July and early August. You can shop and try on clothes without the store being too crowded. If you visit late August and onwards, you may have to book an appointment or you may have to queue for sometime. They might run out of stock that requires a second visit.

I had a very good service provided by both of these members of staff amber and Amy both attended to my needs quickly and were very polite the shop was tidy and clean well done ladies I will be returning thanks

I don’t like to give 1 star reviews and will hopefully change this once I have some positive response from management but I think you will understand why I have given 1 star when reading this review. Two items weren’t in stock when we visited so they placed them for delivery meaning an extra shipping charge. They then took about a week and a half to leave an email informing me that one of the items ordered was discontinued so need to pay an extra £4 for the replacement. I also noticed that they were using an old address on my receipt despite providing the new and correct one at checkout originally so I had to ask them to amend it. I expected the items to be shipped immediately but waited another week with no update. I called to find out where my order was only to be told another item was discontinued and that was why our order hadn’t shipped. They swapped it out and told me the order would ship immediately. Over two days have past and no sign of my order shipping until today. I just received  a notification informing me it has shipped but they have sent it to the wrong address! I don’t know if we will ever see our items. Staff have been pleasant but whole experience has been one error after another.

Absolutely!  I had a fantastic experience at the school uniform direct shop. The staff there were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my visit. Adash, in particular, stood out with his exceptional customer service. They all went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect uniform items for my needs. I truly appreciate their patience and dedication to making my shopping experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of school uniforms, thanks to their wonderful team!

Patrick was very helpful and polite. He assisted me and my husband when we bought my daughter's school uniform at school uniform direct at Mitcham. It has made our purchase easier despite  of a very busy time. Well Done Patrick! Keep up the good work.

One of the best customer services that I have experienced. Every staff member was friendly and we could not fault the service from start to finish. We were shopping for our daughter’s first school uniform and had the joy of being assisted by Patrick. Patrick was informative, extremely helpful and very easy to talk to. We had alot to get through but Patrick really did help to make the appointment hassle free and enjoyable. Thank you!

We we served by Alayna 01/08/23 & she was super helpful! She helped my Daughter with every piece of clothing the uniform required. She was so patient while she tried on different sizes. Her customer service skills were excellent! Thank you Alayna! My advise to parents please book your appointment & you will not be disappointed.

I was served by Stephanie, who I found out was just recently recruited 1 month ago and filling in between school break.  I can say I was highly impressed. Stephanie was polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the products. The customer service I received was top notch; really quick. I have been here before, where it was the opposite, but the service this time, made the difference. She is an actual asset to the company, such workers are far and few between. Thanks.

Plenty of school dresses available for the Primary and high schools of this area. Free car parking lot for the customers. The prices are reasonable compare to the other online sopping sites. Very convenient for the parents as you don’t have to wait. Very good location as it is located in a quiet industrial area of Mitcham. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are some discounts for multiple items. You should make an appointment to visit this store at the moment.

We went in today for our DS who needs uniform for September. It was packed despite the appointment policy. We were served by Amy. She was brilliant. As there were so many people in store and some products has to be taken from the stock room. She apologise for the wait. She is a new trainee bit was exceptionally courteous and listens to your request. Well Done Amy. And to the team in Mitcham
