For a non electric pitch up tent this was an absolutely joke!!! Builders for 3 days been working on the site starting at around 8 am in morning using all sorts of noisy equipment that turned our stay to nightmare. Management of this place should make people aware of this. If I want to be in the middle the building site then I can put my tent up right in the middle of the Oxford Street. Never again!!!!

Stayed here a few times while having building work done at home. Ended up buying a caravan here. The site is level with easy access. There is a ramp to get to the sea wall and pebble beach. If you are fit enough you can walk along the sea wall to Whitstable and Herne Bay.

Generally, this park is very clean and tidy and has some great events and a (recently updated) club house with some cool events and good food. The caravans there are nice however some of the residents are very threatening and violent. Other than that its a great place.

Nice caravan but absolutely disgusted by the state of the grassed area. My friends daughter is in a wheelchair and they couldn't get to their own caravan. They have a new born baby and a disabled daughter. They have to carry her from the car all the way to the caravan.

Lovely nice place, little run down in places. Caravans were lovely. Staff helpful.
