Seabreeze provides a very good tenant finding service and has always found the ideal people for our properties. There is a high attention to detail when checking a prospective tenants suitability, to ensure that both parties are happy with one another. Great value for the service that's provided.

Seabreeze Homes was the second estate agent I used when trying to sell my flat and the comparisons were incredible. Having originally lost faith with the process after my first experience, I decided to take a step back from the national chain owned estate agents and took a punt to use Seabreeze Homes. Everything about them was leagues better, professionalism, conduct, rate and quality of feedback, attitude, presentation and most importantly for me availability. Everything about Seabreeze Homes is definitely first class. If I ever needed to contact someone albeit by telephone or email there was always a quick and friendly response. In all, they did much more than is required of an estate agent and I will definitely without doubt use them in future. In conclusion, their fees of 1% do not justify the amount of work they put in... I definitely feel like I was undercharged because they restored my faith in the industry and the sale process felt personal rather than just another number on the balance sheet. I recommend that these estate agents be your first port of call, I only wished they would have been mine!!!!
