Right from the off I knew Harry Harper were a top tier agent and an agent I'd enjoy working with. Communication was first class, they kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there if I had any questions - they were incredibly patient. I've since recommended Harry Harper to a couple of friends and family who are thinking of selling this year - Thanks again guys and good luck in 2024!
Disappointing customer service as a potential tenant. I had a viewing at a property, and was advised to email any queries about the property, which I did that evening. As I didn't receive a response, I sent the same query to another 3 email addresses I had over the next few days, to which I received no response. The property was then removed from their website, reappearing about a week later saying it had been let.

Harry Harper are fantastic estate agents. They’re transparent, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable of every aspect of the lettings sphere. They are patient, efficient and genuinely lovely people. Email, phone or in-person they are always lovely and willing to help. They have made my moving out process so easy and for the 2 years I was with them, renting was simple. Massive thanks to Ben and Brian. An estate agents that actually care and I could not recommend enough.

Our experience with Harry Harper as students has been dispicible. Harry Harper treats students with a lack of respect. We rented a 3 bed house with HH and as we moved in we noted many issues with the house itself. We forwarded these issues to the appropriate agents very early into our tenancy, yet they were not acknowledged, rectified or fixed. There was a prominent issue with damp and mould, which caused the kitchen ceiling to decompose and fall through, leaving a hole in the kitchen ceiling and the floor in one of the tenants room also. This was the main issue forwarded to the agents at the start of our tenancy, yet nothing was fixed until the ceiling collapsed in March. This is clear proof that our health and safety needs were seldom cared for or acknowledged by the team at Harry Harper. The communication skills from Harry Harper were a prominent issue throughout our entire tenency, as our emails were regularly ignored and dismissed by team memebers. We believe they dismissed our emails, needs and issues due to our student status, therefore they believed they could treat us differently to other tenants and renters. We would not recommend Harry Harper due to a culmination of reasons, which have proved to be detrimental.
We had a fantastic experience with Harry Harper estate agents and was pleasantly surprised. Very warm reception from them and this remained throughout our time with them. Always responded avidly with quick helpful solutions when called upon and have helped with particular issues long after our tenancy was up.
As a first time renter, This is the best first time experience I’ve had in a while, my letting agent Arran has been very attentive, supportive and very helpful throughout my whole move. As a new agent as well I give himself and the company a 5 star for all the amazing things they have done for us. Highly recommend : and thank you very much.
Very happy with all the help I've had from Harry Harper's. I've accepted an offer on my house 8 days after I first met them for a valuation so they've been efficient while remaining thorough and professional. They gave me sensible advice when I asked and I found everyone I dealt with there to be patient and friendly. Would recommend.
