Peter Alan appears to have gone downhill since being taken over. I viewed a property with these guys & made an offer.. I sent evidence of my sale & everything else I thought they’d need. No reply to emails regarding this. I waited all weekend.. I was promised an update Monday- that never came! Days went by.. Finally had a call to say my offer was accepted snooze you lose. Very frustrating & bought elsewhere.. I should have just been told owner needs to think about it, what’s so difficult about keeping perspective purchaser up to date! I DO NOT recommend! I would never sell with them.
Holly Morgan’s has been exceptionally supportive, informative and through throughout the selling process of my home, Although yet to find my next home she is working above and beyond to help me achieve this. It’s great to have a kind, helpful and approachable sales negotiator that understands your needs & requirements.
We were introduced to a number of properties by Holly who was very knowledgeable and I must say, very patient. She listened carefully to our opinion and provided helpful guidance. Holly was very open in her response to questions and we appreciated her friendly and professional demeanor.

We have recently have been dealing with Belinda at the Penarth branch. Firstly I will say what a lovely lady. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, very much has the time and patience to deal with lots of questions from people that don't know what they are doing! She puts you at ease, explaining everything and not bombarding you with terminology. Just wanted to say a hug thank you to here!! She is a asset to you and your team.
Ellie has been absolutely amazing with the whole purchase process. It’s our first time selling a house and buyer another, which seemed very daunting at first, but she’s made it an absolute breeze. I’m so glad the house we fell in love with was sold by you guys because I couldn’t imagine dealing with anyone else. Thank you Ellie!
