I cannot recommend ACJ lettings enough! This is the most organised and contactable letting agent I have had the pleasure of engaging with. From the initial call made to arrange a viewing I found the person who answered the phone to be extremely pleasant, helpful and informative. I was then very impressed by the speed of the follow up email and options for viewings, which were sent straight after the call. The whole process, from the initial call to email arranging a viewing to let agreed was completed within 48 hours.  We met with Alison at the property and were instantly impressed by how warm, welcoming and friendly she was. Alison is honest, informative and offered advice where she could and was also more than happy to listen to our feedback and suggestions. As a long term renter in my experience this isn’t always the norm. Prior to, and after the viewing communication with Alison was fantastic, she made sure we understood everything that was required of us regarding the letting process and was was extremely informative and prompt to make sure all our questions were answered with a fabulous enthusiasm. Alison was also extremely knowledgeable about the property, location and surroundings.  Alison was a breath of fresh air and I would highly recommend ACJ lettings to anyone looking for a property. Their whole way of working is transparent, friendly and professional!

ACJ made securing of property a smooth process. Agents setup an excellent conduit between myself and landlord to ensure everything was to my satisfaction before move-in date. I want to make special mention of Sabrina Pike and Alison Hajilambi in this regard. Post move-in there is also a hub portal where any issues can be logged, tracked and resolved.

Been using ACJ to manage properties  for the last 12 months now.. had a few issues with the change over Jeffery Ross which was frustrating! however staff have been fantastic.. Harriet is exceptional, always honest and gets the job done!  .. Alison and Sebrina are also like a breath of fresh air

I recently had the pleasure of viewing a property with ACJ Properties, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. From the moment I made contact, the team showcased their efficiency and dedication. Alison not only organized the viewing with remarkable speed but also provided invaluable assistance throughout. The referencing and signing processes were incredibly smooth and hassle-free.  I had the opportunity to coordinate with Lisa, who was prompt in answering all my queries. My actual viewing was with Alison, whose warmth and friendliness were matched only by her vast knowledge of the property and the surrounding area. Sabrina coordinated the property viewing for us, and along with her colleague Nikki, they addressed all our questions and assisted us in meeting the requirements to secure a property we were interested in. Sabrina and Nikki are exceptionally friendly and proficient, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Much appreciation for their efforts!

So had a few issues with our property over the last couple of days. Shirley from the maintenance team was absolutely fantastic! Had responses from various company to fix the problems the very next day. It was a very stressful time but Shirley handled everything. Really great customer service too!

We have been renting with ACJ lettings since January 2023 and since day 1, they've been excellent. Sadly our fridge freezer went past it's shelf life recently and needed retiring but Shirley in the ACJ Maintenance team took charge of our request and worked with ourselves and landlord to resolve the issue straight away, the communication was excellent and the whole process was managed perfectly. Would highly recommend ACJ and we are pleased to be renting through them.

We had a really positive experience with ACJ lettings. Everyone was really informative, friendly and quick to respond. I would really recommend.  I was particularly impressed with Harriet when we had a maintenance issue. Harriet went above and beyond to resolve it and the issue was dealt with quickly and effectively, thank you.

Very helpful. During the process of searching for a flat rental, Alison and Lisa were excellent. Great communication and flexibility, short notice viewings etc. Thank you both, very much appreciated.
