First initial viewing was positive and was interested in renting a property. However when invited back to the branch agent was not to satisfaction and I personally believe that the agent in question could’ve conducted themselves better. The agent is also yet to get back to me to see if I am interested. Real shame because I really wanted the property. Could’ve done a lot better!

Initial thoughts were good, when moving in were helpful despite minor faults with property. Completely changed my mind when moving out, held on to deposit, tried to charge me for faults that were there when I moved in, also saying property wasn't clean when I left. Tried to get me to write a favourable report by offering me £10!  Would advise steering clear of this firm!

My experience with agent has been great. Nicola and the staff have been wonderful,  very helpful and always get things done ASAP!

We have been taking care of the properties managed by Peter Wood Residential and we find that the company takes very good care of the landlords and tenants. Bills are paid on time and everything runs smoothly.

Excellent service and value, always willing to go above and beyond, no issue to big nor to small. Best agency in the Vale in my opinion.

Unfair when evaluating the property. They will try to justify reasons for taking a bulk of your bond, even if you leave the tenacy spotless.
