Always have a good experience here. The service is great. Today I was served by the sweetest man named Blesson. He made my day with his big smile and genuine kindness/customer service even towards the end of the day. I dont doubt it by the consistency in good service throughout my visits but I hope your employees are taken good care of and shown the appreciation they deserve!
Very good service, especially from the assistant manager also free coffee always come to Screw Fix for our DIY top store with Parking. We also discovered they do delivery for an Extra fee, which is vital in London.
I went to this store for the first time and I was really impressed with the level of service. Bhavika was very friendly, patient and helpful. Her manager and the rest of the team were also very supportive and welcoming. Excellent customer service and great team overall!
