Edit: Just wanted to add what a gentleman Femi is, have had a couple of interactions and so polite and attentive.nnSuch helpful staff, Alan helped me load my cement mixer into the car and checked the wheelbarrow size. Both Alan and Chris have been really helpful whenever I've had any issues. Great Store and polite staff, Wish they opened 24 hours like before, when they first opened!!
I’ve been coming to this branch for years, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The items that I usually want is majority of the time in stock.
Nice, big and car parking. Only four stars as hard to turn right out from entrance
Customers are supposed to use the catalogue monitors to order but staff here put up with my searching questions with nothing but smiles and helpful suggestions. Being 80+ I sometimes find difficulty carrying stuff out to the vehicle. Can someone help? No problem, no hard done by looks, just no problem and it’s done. Great staff, pick up tomorrow is genuine too.
I spend a lot of money in Screwfix every day and visit many branches. The Wandsworth branch always very professional. They have amazing team. Duty manager Tyrone, always impressed me with working tirelessly and very good at customer care I have never seen him taking easy always working very hard.nnI am very grateful and want tothank him for his hard work.nnI hope the management looks after him and he can stay here forever
