Very disappointed with today's visit ..I drove Queued in traffic. To visit this store to purchase some rawlplugs I saw them on line. I needed about 20. Prices ranged from £2 29 Upwards..I was assisted by the manager . A very charming and apologetic guy .Slightly embarrassed as all the lower price rawplugs were out of stock. Only £7.99 upwards stock was available...Is it a BIG problem for the out of stock items be shown on the website ? To save time and un necessary journeys .surely it's Quite a simple thing to do ...It tells the staff in store it's out of stock. Why not the customer on the website
Incredible customer service! Came in today for help with a blind. Tariq and his coworker who went above and beyond were super welcoming and highly knowledgeable. Will be back for my next purchase!
Update: Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have asked for the managers in the past and they are also rude and all the staff have absolutely no sense of urgency. Use a different branch or Tool Station over the road is much better still not great but a massive improvement.nSee image below, no staff on tills, I could hear some chatting around the corner and when I said hello, they said one second and continued to have their gossip not realising I could hear before coming to serve me.
