Currently at Walthamstow branch and I arrived 17:15.nWanted to enter Milwaukee section but was refused because they close at 18:00nWas looking at buying several items due to special offers this weekend.nI pleaded several times as I knew what I wanted to but. Just needed to inspect one of the items before I did.nI guess I have to take my business over to powertoolmate that are online only and cheaper.nThat’s what you get for supporting local business.
This branch has very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for any advice.
I bought tools worth over £1200 and within 2 days I phoned their office asking to exchange 115mm angle grinder with 125mm angle grinder. The representative advised the item isn't in stock so I have to wait. The item still wasn't in stock for over a month and I didn't use the original item at all and kept it in its original packaging.nnI came to this store today and they refused to take the responsibility of the item and advised I cannot return it now as its over 2 weeks for an exchange even though it has never been used.nnMy £120 has gone wasted. Such a shameful and disappointing experience.
