I love this place, this is my second home!nTotally awesome!

Amazing place for most of the things to do with hardware and building supplies. Staff are really friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to help and advice on products needed.nnThe service is quick and efficient. They have a free car parking and it's also wheelchair accessible. There is also a seperate section for the builders.

Very bad experience at this store.nRude staff. Went for a product and it was in stock the guy came out put it on the counter, then he checked he's computer and said I have a problem I need to contact my manager. Great no problem, he came back and said sorry I can't sell you this item I said why he said I don't know my manager said we can't sell it I ask can you explain why, he couldnt so i left... Train your staff gonna close my account with them ....

Very slow today, waited half an hour to be served, then another 15min to collect

Just had the best service ever. Rochelle is the most amazing at customer service. Not only is she attentive, she really knows her stuff. Persuaded me to buy the perfect paint and she was so right.nRochelle deserves to be employee of the month. Personally brought all the items I bought out to the car. Everything done with a smile. Makes shopping at Screwfix a real pleasure. Rochelle really is something special.
