We didn't catch the guys name who served us, but we went in at 18:20 this afternoon with no idea what we needed, they found everything we needed, with only a definition of what it will be used for with nothing but professionalism and patience towards us
The place used to be great, but now there's more stuff employed, yet there's always a queue and there's zero interest in dealing with customers. I need to bring own bag or a box, remember about multiple orders and checking in on the app does nothing. Rude staff is surprised people are waiting anyway. I'll switch to online shopping and go more often to Newcraighall instead.
Staff were efficient, professional and friendly.
Fantastic new store with a fantastic location near City Bypass at Straiton. Click n collect service is super quick and incredibly convenient. I'm sure this'll be a very popular location with its friendly helpful staff.
The staff are polite and very good at dealing with customers even though I was not in the best of moods after being sent an item with missing part 10 out of 10 and would definitely use againnThank you
