Purchased a shower supply cable today’ returned within the hour to say it doesn’t fit and asked if they were a universal fitting’ ehrrr dunno. I was greeted reluctantly by an elderly man who clearly really didn’t want to be there as other staff members hid incase they had to answer a question! Perhaps the poorest service I’ve ever encountered and certainly wouldn’t ever use them again.

Staff were very helpful. I had been to 3 plumbing shops before this and none of them were able to help me.

Can't fault the staff at all, they were all so helpful and gave such great advice. Would recommend to anyone!

Very welcoming environment. Great information and advice from the staff. Would definitely recommend!
