Very unhelpful staff, despite paying for my items online and coming to the store, the staff said a confirmation hadn’t come through and refused to offer any sort of assistance. Will never go to this branch again.
The old gentleman with glasses was very rude and argumentative when I went to exchange a product as I was given the wrong one, just a straight swap, tried to argue that he didn't give me the wrong one and that he wont have it back because I opened it, his attitude stunk, the other lad that took over the return wasn't much better, was making a point about putting it through as damaged and making a thing about it being up to him if he wanted to do it for me and if he felt like doing it, get a grip, you don't own the company you work on the tills.
Was in today and was served by Pete and what a guy he helped me out and ensured I went home with the correct items absolutely lovely gentleman and very helpful thank you

Love screwfix always got everything u need. Usually the staff are ok here mostly miserable except for Jason who handled my issue outstandingly. Had a product that failed outside of a month of purchase but swapped it for a new one with no condescending questioning which I had experienced in the past. He even taught me how to use the express app and I'm pretty young and tech savy. Jason is a gem, we need more of them
Purchased a product providing my account details as always. I am never keeping receipts because every sales in store is saved on my account right? Went back to exchange it or get a refund / voucher to get something else Provided staff member with: *completely packed unused untouched item *provided my bank card used for transaction *provided online transaction details with date and time * my store account details Response: Sorry, transaction is not on your account therefore we won’t gonna do anything about it Right, so bare in mind if staff will misplace any item on your account during purchase without paper receipt you won’t get your money back 21 century and we are using old school RIP off methods Dear Customers “ToolStation” is just next door You are welcome

Great service and quality products. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Tools and DIY products are of very high quality. Occasionally, as an amateur DIY enthusiast, I bought something wrong and took it back to Screwfix Great Ancoats Street, Manchester. Staff there were very helpful with return, refund and advice on ordering the right product. Thank you very much Screwfix Great Ancoats!
