Helpful staff, we went to purchase new walking shoes for all the family. Also if your a National Trust member then you get a discount at Millets too. I can't 100% remember but I think it was 12.5%.
Great service. Good advice about waterproofing. Was looking for waterproof walking boots and waterproof light weight coat. Success and advice.
Very helpful and patient advice. We were not sure which rucksack to buy and the assistant suggested trying them on which is one of the benefits of visiting a shop rather than buying online.

Millets is a great shop of all camping or outdoor needs. They have sales on most the time and if you get in at the right time you can get additional discounts. Never had a problem with customer service and any problems have been resolved quickly. From tents, cooking gear, chairs, sleeping bags, clothes, gloves, hands, shoes and walking sticks they are a top notch place to shop .
Great local camping and outdoors store. Good staff always friendly and helpful, with strong knowledge base of outdoors industry lines.
