WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE EVER ! What a shame because I 'm always buying and wearing diesel jean's and I had so many good experiences in the covent garden store . I wanted to get a pair of boots and a new denim trousers yesterday. The store was empty ( NO CUSTOMER AT ALL ) 5 sales assistants were talking , laughing and yelling around the denim table . No one even said hello or looked at us . We went downstair to menswear and none of the sales assistants came to us . I choosed the pair of boots that I liked and I checked the Demin I wanted ( Tepphar ) . We could here from downstair the team member still laughing and having fun. AND WE LEFT THE STORE PROMISING TO MYSELF TO NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AND I DIDN'T BUY ANYTHING .I WAS FEELING SO BAD. No one even said anything when I left the store.....

This is a great Diesel store, not because it's the biggest or the most exotic looking but because they carry a very wide range of Diesel jeans and because the staff are 1st class! The staff are very helpful, know there product and will help you find exactly what you're looking for. Certainly when I went there the guy who served me was excellent. A nice store and if you want Diesel it's worth paying these guys a visit.
