Fab shop in the granger market every possible style of Doc martins. Rather go here than the main one around the corner . Easy to find and great service
Went with the Mrs for her new Doc's first thing as the store opened. She was spoiled or choice as there's such a massive range. The lad in the shop was very helpfull and friendly, nothing was a bother to him. I'm sure we'll be back soon for another style, women and shoes eh! Great shop, highly recommend.
Best shoe shop I've ever been too! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and so helpful. There such a wide array of shoes on offer, all at very reasonable prices. Also, the sale prices were fantastic! I couldn't speak more highly of the staff and the shoe shop itself was great.
Visited today around 2.30pm to buy a pair of docs, 2 members of staff, one behind the counter and other sat in middle of store. No acknowledgement that I’d entered the shop, no offer of help.I had a mooch about for a few minutes then tried a display boot on right in front of staff member having a rest in her chair, still nothing, boot too big so returned to its display. No offer from either of help or asking what size I needed?!? It’s not like you just stumble across this shop, you have to seek it out especially with the current building works in the market - so safe to say I had visited with the purpose of purchasing. At £145 a pair a little customer service is to be expected and a little help would have secured a sale. Safe to say I will never return and won’t be recommending anyone to shop here, my purchase will be done online! No wonder shops are struggling with such a lack of attention to customers. This store was amazing, a cultural landmark of newcastle. I'm shocked and heartbroken that it was forced closed by the city council to be replaced by yet another bar. You will be missed
