Had a great experience in store today. The sales assistant was massively knowledgeable, patient and Happy to ensure we left with the right pair of shoes. Appreciate the first class service.
Recently came into the shop and was greeted by a young woman called Morgan. She was welcoming and helped me find a lovely pair of shoes when the ones i wanted weren’t in stock. Would definitely be returning. Wonderful service

I was recently in scotland with my son and i looked for school shoes there but staff were so unhelpful i decided to wait until we were back home in newcastle and im glad i did staff were fantastic and very patient my son needs to wear a specialist insole due to his foot problems and they helped me find the right shoe staff go out the way in this store that extra mile really shows . I went into Charles Clinkards Saturday 23rd April and was served by a very pleasant and very helpful lady called Karen Clavery. I've never received such service from anyone serving me in a shoe shop. Well done to her. I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you. Kay Wilson.
Excellent help from assistant Morgan with measuring feet and choosing school shoes with a reluctant 10 year old boy ,she was extremely patient and gave excellent advice on style and size as he has one foot bigger than the other .thanks again Morgan .
Kathleen uused her extensive knowledge on feet to pick out a pair of boots. They were a perfect fit for my difficult feet. I was very pleased to receive such good service and will certainly go back for my next pair of shoes
I went today to help my disabled client buy sandals. The ladies were so patience and lovely with us both. Nothing was too much trouble at all. One being called Tracey and another who seemed to be a supervisor with the Orange top on AND the purchase was an absolute BARGAIN!! Such a pleasure to visit. Thanks ladies
