LOVE my new Birkenstock Arizona Shearlings I had the same pair a couple of years ago but my puppy chewed them! I hope now she’s older she will leave them alone! We went to buy new school schools for my son, sounds simple but he has flat feet and has to wear orthotics. The service was outstanding and they knew how to handle and adapt for for son's needs. We have always bought our two year old son’s shoes from Jump both in store and online - the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient with little ones! The selection of shoes is fantastic and it’s a great joy to see our son zooming around the park in his new Jump shoes! I would highly recommend Jump.
What a wonderful shop since it has been taken over by a new owner! I’ve ordered both online and been into the store and both times the staff have gone above and beyond helping my very fussy children with amazing patience and good humour! There’s great choice of school shoes even for my children’s really narrow feet and some lovely womens shoes too!
A great range of shoes and delivery is always super fast when buying online. This shop makes school shoe shopping with children 100x easier!!
My boy is 10 now and has got all his school shoes and smart shoes from here, the staff are great and offer styles and sizes hard to find on the high street. My boy has narrow D fitting feet which isn’t an issue here but is impossible at Clark’s and anywhere in Eldon Square
Arrived with the intention of buying 4 pairs of shoes. There was one member of staff and one customer who were stood talking about the costs involved with getting a new bathroom fitted/other home improvements. After browsing the shop for 10 minutes and having been completely ignored, not even an acknowledgment upon arrival, I decided to leave. I thanked the staff member who looked irritated to have been interrupted from her conversation, which ironically, had progressed to not being able to find decent staff these days! Won't be returning
