Staff were very friendly without being pushy and were very helpful when I decided to make a purchase. It was the first time I had shopped there and I enjoyed the experience.
Utter bedlam. The staff do their best, but are serving 3 to 4 customers at once, so often left waiting to get alternative sizes etc. We did find what we were looking for, but felt very underwhelmed by the service, despite the associate helping us doing her very best.
Great quality shoes available in this store. Nice service. Affordable shoes price in this store. Happy Customers.

Schuh is the place to go if you’re a student, you can have discounts on a sales items. Very friendly staff. I got some Tommy Shoes for less in this shop. You can locate this shop at Eldon Square Shopping Centre Upper Mall Unit 15 Newcastle NE1 7XD.
Good customer service.
Good shop for shoes and trainers. They have a great range. The staff are friendly and there to help you. Been to Schuh many times, both here and the Metrocentre.
1st time visiting Schuh. Never experienced a service so different to the norm. The staff carry devices so they know what they've got in stock. You just get told to take a seat they bring the shoes requested. Then if you want to pay by card they just use the same device they used for stock checking. Great service and Great Price Was a sale on saved 35quid
The store is cleverly organised, allowing customers to easily find what they are looking for. We, as customers, cherish a shop where our experience is fast, and quick, while still being quality and accommodating. This store does this for it's customers. However, I experienced an employee who, when I asked for help, rather arrogantly asked me to wait, to which I was confused, as she was only chatting to a co-worker. For this, 3 stars.
