We were on holiday in Scotland and the roof of our Saab 9-3 CV would`t work We called Schoneville, as Saab in Carlisle wouldn`t bother, came along and went of about 30 minutes later with the repair done. You saved our holiday ! And the roof went perfectly to the day we decided to buy a newer model 9-3II CV ! Thank you !
Excellent visit and recommended. I live 15+ miles away and was offered a courtesy car to help me get home. My Saab was well looked after and when i drove it back home it'd honestly felt like new. I would not take my Saab anywhere else.
I ran nothing but Saabs for 20+ years and these fellas identified every issue quickly and rectified things to the very highest standard. Very communicative, punctual and great to deal with. Despite the fact I run a Mercedes now, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Trust is a hard thing to come by these days, but you'll find it here.
I phoned them for an emergency repair on the Friday morning and they said to bring the car in, which I did. I wasn't really expecting the car back for a while, but they phoned me on the Monday morning to say the car would be ready in the afternoon. When I picked it up it had been washed an cleaned too. Great service and recommended.
Experienced Saab mechanics and a thoroughly professional outfit. I take my 95 there for its annual service and anything else that needs done and recommend. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Best for for Saab owners to keep their cars looking and feeling great with all genuine parts on a reasonable price. I had a key replacement done from their and it was cheaper then all the locksmiths around plus the key they program is a genuine Saab key not an after market stuff. Very pleased with the service provided, and have already planned to get my Saab fully serviced by them.
While driving up to Glasgow for the Commonwealth Games a fault suddenly appeared in my car. Schoneville Saab, despite being fully booked managed to fit me in straight away so I could drive back to London after my weekend. I really appreciated the extra mile they went to help me out. Fantastic friendly service - very highly recommended.
Staff seem friendly and sound knowledgeable but I went in to repair a minor leak and have my clutch done and came home with a much larger and more worrying leak so had to take it back to be repaired. Then the brand new clutch was slipping worse than before and after no reply from an email I decided to drain some of the fluid which solved it. For a specialist saab garage I was very let down by the service carried out on my car
Sometimes you learn lessons in life the hard way. I've had 2 saabs that have been into non specialists without them diagnosing the issues. One had my car 10 days the other around a week. The latter one I had to get the car picked up and dropped off at schoneville, they must have been a tad embarrassed. This garage has been a saab and volvo breaker for 20 years. You'd have thought in this time they would have learned a thing or two about these cars. On each occasion schoneville phoned me in around 2 hours to say they knew the faults with each car. And within that time was called to say the car was ready to pick up. There was of course a number of years between each of these instances. I now won't take my car anywhere else. Just always feel when dropping off the car that it will be shown total respect. I've seen previous posts pointing out that there is no such a thing as a saab specialists, complete tosh. These guys know how to fix a Saab. Be thankful that we still have these guys around. Thanks again Schoneville. Guy
