Queues to get out of parking lot, tight space for turning and exit. Tk maxx car park is way better.
Opening times have changed and not very clear. Car park was closed when I went to collect my car at 2145. Had to stay in a hotel overnight as live in the Edinburgh area. Stung for £25 parking fee plus £120 for hotel. Jeeze O’ Glasgow, surely you can keep your car parks open a bit later????
I was out with my elderly grandad and child tonight . I honestly couldnt have been anymore grateful to bump into one of the members of staff in the car parkjohn am sure he is one of the kindest and most helpful people i have met in a long time . Rip off at £24 a day. Closes at 9pm so you can’t park there if you’re going to watch a late night movie or going out to a restaurant. Car parking boxes are big enough to open doors conveniently. This car park can hold 100s of vehicles. Access is easy.
This is my car park of choice if I need to nip into town - easy enough to navigate, good sized spaces, security attendance and very clean. A good alternative to some of the local NCP parks, but it closes relatively early.
Used to be open until 11pm, now 9pm so useless to attend the Concert Hall or Theatre. There is a sign as you go in but the car in front can easily block it until you’re past. £25 is a sore lesson. Also, the sign is inside the car park so they’ve already got £3 off you before you realise. Poor signage, would be better to have a notice BEFORE you turn into the car park b
Staff and management in the Buchanan Galleries car park are becoming extremely Lazy. The advertise on capacity screen outside that all 10 floors are open and when you get in they only have 6 floors open with the rest chained off ! This leaves you scurrying around like rats for a very limited number of spaces when it is busy. Phoned management suit to ask why they had chained off floors 7, 8, 9 and 10 and the guy had the cheek to say that he could see 1 or 2 spaces on floor 6, there was about 20 cars driving round ! They are not very customer focused and claim they are short staffed. This has been going on for a couple of years now.
Carpark has to be more clear on not accepting cash payments . Will not be using again .
Convenient, but cramped. Only 2 two! EV chargers for the entire place!
No toilets, small bays and only 1 payment machine working on level 5. Beware after 5 hours it jumps from £10 - £13, rip off!!
