Good parking deal with the DoubleTree hotel opposite if it's own car park is full which is preferable. Oddly enough a 1970s car park which, like its sister building at Concert Square seems to cope with bigger modern cars quite well. Don't like the creepy lifts though - they are like the type you find in tower blocks that' don't slow down before they stop thud!
I used this whilst at a local hotel. The rates are extortionate if you don’t have a hotel deal at 8 pounds per day. I made a mistake and did not get hotel to verify my ticket. I hit the service button for the staff and got them to adjust the price. The lift needs look at in the place it gives a hell of a jolt when stopping that jarred my back. Overall the prices could be better instead of the rip off it is!
Stayed at the Maldron Hotel who give you a discount off when using this car park. Parked here on a Saturday for a Kevin Bridges gig and it plenty spaces available plus wasn't too tight to manoeuvre around unlike some other ones, will definitely use again.
If you stay in the Travelodge or Easy Hotel, this car park is just next to them. It is a bit of walk to the main shopping area or the cathedral. The good side would be it is on a flat rate on Sunday, which could save you some money.
Quite easy to get from the west of Glasgow as I went the great Western Road way. Quick and simple entry which gives you a ticket which you then enter into the ticket machine before you return to your car at the end of your visit and this will let you know how much you owe. The carpark seems well used at the time we visited which was when the theatre was on. Quick exit from carpark which is always good.
Is what it is TBH. When staffed or if they can be found are helpful. Easy to get in and out of. Close to a lot of amenities, shops, eateries, cinema, theatre, pubs and clubs.
Easily enough to get parked. Pay machines were on the 1st floor only I think.
Good position for visiting the theatre royal but a bit pricey
Public car park on the edge of suchihall St fee's are labeled at the front doors as u enter it costs 9 pounds for 3 hrs
