As you’d expect from most Qparks, a well lit, clean facility, wide ramps and good sized parking bays. Ramps are quite steep, may be an issue with lowered vehicles. £3ph, decent location for Merchant City area.
I had lost my son’s bmw car key in the car park. Phoned up and spoke to Billy Ritchie who had found my key. Billy was very helpful, and even during his lunch was willing to help. I can’t thank Billy enough.
Well located in city centre Glasgow, but was desperately needing maintenance. Both lifts were out of order during visit, and the staircases that we had to use instead were suffering from an electrical fault affecting lighting. Not great! Expensive parking, but for location and security offered it does the job.
Great place to park & the staff member Frankie was really helpful in helping me find my car as I had forgotten where I parked it. Would recommend
There was a cycling event on and to get into the car parking building was going to be difficult with the carpark closed off for racing. Frankie an attendant at the parking location went out of his way to get us into the carpark building. I couldn't speak more highly of the way that he helped my wife and I out with this parking situation.
The car park is well lit and not too expensive, but both lifts were out of order, and there was no other ramped access except for the vehicle ramp. So we had to take our pram down that which was not exactly ideal. For somewhere that is well maintained, I’d expect better attention to something as crucial as the lifts, especially with multiple levels of disabled spaces!
A-Park in the Candleriggs area of Glasgow is a great car park if you’re looking for a safe place to park your car. It’s a secure car park and has a glass fronted entrance that you use to access the lifts to the car park levels, access to the car park is obtained by scanning the QR code on your ticket which opens up the glass electric doors. The spaces are really large too, great if you’ve got a big car or Jeep or don’t like trying to park in tight car parking spaces.
Lovely clean ground and stair well due to exquisite staff members keeping on top of them. The spaces are perfect size for motor vehicles and access is very easy. I feel very safe in the knowledge I will be able to leave my pride and joy parked and secured within a well maintained car park with high level of security
Lifts out of order and no signage to advise customers at the entrance or on any of the parking levels. Had to walk down the vehicle ramps with the pram to get out. In the way back in there was no lighting at the pay station resulting in customers using mobile phones as torches in order to see to pay. Again no signage at the main customer entrance to advise both lifts out of service. I was in the car park on Tuesday and the lifts weren’t working then either and again no signage to advise customers. Given this car park isn’t the cheapest it’s really poor service.
Was parked in yesterday and the host james was very helpful and professional when dealing with drug users who were near my car he is a asset to your company.
