I had been given a voucher for massage and afternoon tea. The excellent part of this was that the massage was fantastic but how they can call this a ' spa taster experience' when access to the pool had to be paid for and the voucher said it included robes and slippers, but when we asked these weren't available, so we had to wrap ourselves in the pool towel to go off for our treatment.  After paying to sit by the pool a handyman then arrived to do maintenance work to the walls, all in all NOT  a great experience and no way at all could you call this a 'SPA' experience

Visited today with daughter on Groupon, lovely massages  we by choice upgraded to hot stone massage, Elloise who done my massage explained everything very well and a lovely girl.  Would recommend.  Only issue was had to pay to use the pool which I noted on checking on line ought to have been free.  This was a shame as £10 each to use pool was rather expensive but as birthday treat for daughter I paid it. Products used were lovely and we both felt very relaxed

Very friendly waitress. Afternoon tea was ok. Nobody asked if we wanted anymore. Bar man team leader was a bit rude and miserable. Massage was great. Girls very knowledgeable and friendly. Good birthday treat.

Fantastic massage and facial with Eloise, I was really impressed with her knowledge and professionalism!
