A fantastic, affordable leisure centre owned and managed by Bracknell Forest Council. We provide great facilities for all ages and abilities. In addition to our excellent sports facilities we're also proud to offer function rooms, Time Out Cafè & Bar and our Crèche!

We visited Bracknell Leisure Centre to attend a model railway exhibition, namely on 10 May 2025. The place was quite crowded and at first, some people were apprehensive about where precisely they should queue. Although it was vaguely clear, a few more signs may have resulted in a lower level of ambiguity.nn***The Cafe Was Absolute Lovely Mainly Because of The Members of Staff.***nnThe two women at the cafe were just lovely. They were so polite and both of them had a great sense of humour. The only issue that I have is some of the prices were quite high.nnI also noticed several people just leaving their rubbish on the table, which I find rude and insulting. People should take the time to clear up their mess. This is why there are rubbish bins. For example, most people clear away the rubbish when they leave a train because it is the right thing to do. It is about etiquette and the members of this team work hard.nnIf you read this, I hope that you agree. We met some of the team yesterday and from the amount of visitors who were in attendance, it is clear that they work exceptionally hard.nnThank you to the people who work at this cafe.

Half the gym air conditioning still not working, been out for months, steam room is so rubbish 24/7, literally no steam it's just a wet room. Gym facilities good. If these two problems were fixed would be 5 star.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my son’s recent swimming lessons with teacher Abbie. I have never encountered such rude behaviour from a teacher before, and I am very upset about how she treated my husband in the front of other people. Based on this experience, I would never recommend anyone to have contact with such a rude and unprofessional person. I truly hope this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be considered to prevent similar situations in the future.

I am deeply unhappy with my experience at Bracknell Leisure Centre. As an adult who finally decided to learn to swim, I was disappointed to learn little of any value from my 'swim instructor'. She  spent little to no time explaining what I should do or what I was doing wrong. Her approach has heightened my fear of the water rather than help me overcome it, and I was humiliated when I was unable to perform tasks she asked of me. This has completely shattered my belief that I could learn to swim, and I would not recommend this centre to anyone, especially new adult learners. Avoid this centre.

As we arrived at softplay, we were greeted by a naked child 10+ in age, absolutely covered in faeces, running around smearing their faeces all throughout the soft play. No parents anywhere to be seen keeping an eye on said child.nnThe staff didn’t seem to care. They made no real effort to close it, bar a wet floor sign put down near the entrance, and more worryingly, made no effort to alert parents to what was happening - there were plenty of children who unfortunately would have also been covered it in.nnI tried alerting as many children and parents as possible to not go in.nnWithin minutes it was re-open despite one member of staff telling us it had been smeared everywhere including in the slides.nnNo hand sanitiser was available anywhere either - the best they could offer was a saline wipe from a first aid kit.nnWe weren’t even allowed a refund, only a “note on the account” to give us a free visit if we return.nnThe lack of concern over this whole incident was extremely off-putting. We appreciate accidents happen, but the total lack of urgency to clean up and alert parents and their children was concerning.
