Nirvana spa has fab facilities. The spa is clean and all staff members were really professional.  The food had a great selection including veggie and gluten free options. The floatation treatment is an experience very worth trying. Treatment wise ... room for improvement, being a beauty Therapy lecturer I’m very hard to please lol my therapist was very professional but the pressure could have been firmer (I requested firm) and no use of hot towels on the feet or smelling of oils. However my mum and sister really enjoyed their facials and said the products smelt great. The spa was particularly busy (perhaps as we went on a bank holiday) so would recommend a weekday visit for a more relaxing experience. Overall worth visiting the spa for a day of zen x

I have had the opportunity to visit the spa, do the floatation, get a face massage, sleep on mosaic covered warmed beds and, my favourite part, boil in their massive hydro-massage pool. Just one visit and you will be hooked. There are outdoor gardens and a lovely glass covered restaurant area. Heaven on earth. All staff very friendly and professional, not with-standing my sister who works there!

Beautiful spa near Reading, this place is a real treat! There are multiple pools inside and outside, a hydrotherapy pool, a fitness pool and several jacuzzis. The lunch menu is limited but the best option is the all you can eat lunch buffet, full of cold and hot options of salads, noodle dishes and vegetarian dishes. The staff are very helpful, and some come around to ask if you'd like any treatments, which are an extra cost. Plenty of loungers around the pools and ample room in the dining area.

Great food really friendly staff. It’s not to pricey either. Perfect get away for a day. Beautiful inside and out. Everything was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend you to go.

Fantastic and relaxing spa.  Has saunas, steam rooms, multiple swimming pools plus an outdoor pool, jacuzzi (inside and out), quiet room reflexology pool and so much more.

The evening spa for £70 includes your buffet meal and non-alcoholic drinks.  The food is always lovely and there is a fantastic selection to choose from.

Towels and robes included (change them as often as you want), take your own sandles though as those are £3 otherwise and the lockers are free.

It’s never too busy which means it’s always relaxing.
