Eclectic and interesting place to visit. Huge variety of exhibits and events. In a convenient location. The area and outside appearance is a little rundown but don't let that put you off. Entry is free! Open Code Club is every Tuesday 6-9 PM.
My child has been going to coding club here for years. This is provided completely free to parents and they even give you coffee! We really appreciate BOM. :
We held a team building day at BOM, wrapping around some fun activities at Floodgate. Our team were delighted with all aspects of the venue, proximity to New Street, welcoming and inclusive environment and super support from LM. The delicious fresh cooked lunch was wonderful, and all dietary requests were enthusiastically and sensitively catered for. We had a very productive day, and feedback from attendees was very enthusiastic. Thank you BOM and LM, we hope to see you again soon.
Quite a small space, which won’t take much of your time. Welcoming greeter. The main art piece when we visited was a 40 min “dream like” piece, small sofa only safe for 2 people during covid which meant you may have to wait around. They have a great café though so you can go here whilst you wait. See our review there. Modern bathrooms sorry for getting water on the wall.
Really recommend BOM for any conference events - very accommodating team, a lovely space and great food.
I helped organise an event at BOM. It was an absolute pleasure working with them. The cafe is lovely and the gallery is in a great location.
Hard to find entrance, door not marked just a small bell on the side with no details of what lies inside the door or when it is open.
Had a great day out at the UK 3D printer meetup yesterday. BOM is a nice venue for a niche group event, and it was filled with people and 3D printers! There is a little café with a range of food. The cake was nice! Prices good. Only downside was the Edgbaston Street car park we used had an hour wait to queue to exit! Park elsewhere!
