Nice place, new I think. Is quite pricey for the type of grilled burgers and kebabs. Well presented not sure of the price justifies the taste. Service charge hence why also the two star. I think they will get better over time so will revisit end of the year.
Honestly I loved this place so much that I visited it several times during my stay in London. The shisha guys, the waitresses, and even the bouncer are all very professional and friendly. The atmosphere is lovely, the music is cool, the food is superb, and the shisha is very very smooth and lasting. Re food: I tried the Sapores burger, the cheesy fries, the calamari pops, they were all fantastic. My only beef is that the drinks aren't so good. I tried the mock mojito and really it just tastes like it's 7up in a glass. And I'm only saying this because there's really nothing for me to complain about. Special mentions: both shisha guys sorry I didn't get your names, the guy from Ahwaz and the guy with the glasses and tattooed arm, the bouncer dude sorry about vaping in the line, and both beautiful waitresses the Spanish speaker and the one with the relative in Canada : . Please pass on my gratitude for all of your excellent service. Bottom line: just go to Sapores.
The ambience, atmosphere, drinks and food were excellent. The hostess was fun and attentive. Very Instagramable, I love it
Food is bland not much flavour to be honest for what it is it’s mediocre and overpriced I’ve dined in much better places! Personally I think the restaurant floor plan needs a complete rethink the restaurant is TINY compared to the shisha place and online it’s portrayed to be quite big so don’t be surprised when you see one big table and only three small ones! I did not feel welcomed whats so ever the staff were slow and only attentive to a larger group which upset me as I spent £80 on a cab from Croydon to Camden for rubbish service and food! I’ll never be eating here ever again not worth is so many other nicer places in Camden. I even took off the service charge which btw is completely abnormal to me and I like to tip but not one waiter was worth it #sorrynotsorry you just can’t get the staff now days
A very nice evening. 5/5 for decor. Lamb Chops were EXQUISITE. So tender flavourful and really hit the spot. Who knew had Camden has a Lamb Chop specialist. Speaking of specialists, the Baklawa was incredibly delicious. I've been told it is made on-site by a chef. That was evident in its freshness. One really does not need to travel to Beirut! The ice cream scoop could have been a tad more on the generous side. Having said that, I would happily back and recommend it highly. Great job, Sapores.
Food was like most of these insta places, not that the food bad though. Food was nice and service was really good.
This must be the best looking shisha lounge in north west london? I mean look at the video it’s great, you really feel that you are on a night out in this place. The entrance is just a prelude to the interior its amazing. So It’s a shisha lounge that means smoking, fortunately or unfortunately I don’t smoke so sorry I can’t tell you how that part is. I went there to chill and have a soft drink and I can tell you that is all good. But the atmosphere is really great and that’s what this review is all about. You can sit at the front and have breakfast if you want or go down a level for drinks and shisha. This place is about a five minute walk for an able bodied person from Mornington Crescent underground station and not far from Camden Town station in the other direction. It’s surrounded by great places to hang out such as The Blues Kitchen and almost opposite Baluchi’s. I hear that most times there are queues to get in. Also down the road KOKO’s has fully reopened so the whole area is coming back to life, but this place is definitely worth a visit.
would not recomended to anyone. extremely rude and dismissive staff. we’re walking away from us when we were trying to talk to them, we’re then collectively laughing at us and making fun of our group - horrific behaviour considering we are just trying to have a nice night out. do not go here, most horrific customer service experience ever. there is a much much nicer shisha lounge called blacklist a few doors up. very nice, amazing aesthetic and kind staff
Booked through OpenTable the day before. On arrival we found dusty entrance as some refurbishment goes on the main floor, at the back of the corridor met by host and were seated at their terrace. Terrace is very beautiful with nice decor and because it has walls it wasn't too cold, but there are no heaters. When we were seated we were told straight away they don't sell alcohol which wasn't mentioned anywhere at the booking and we were told minimum spend is 20 pounds, which is slightly strange rule. We could bring our own alcohol and it would be 5 pounds surcharge per person, later I understood why these rules where in place as big groups of girls started to arrive with bottles of whiskey, vodka etc, so this place was used not like restaurant more like a club and Instagramable place, so there is no restaurant atmosphere. We have ordered falafel as starter, lamb chops with sweet potatoes, steak with grilled veggies on side. As drinks, we took some Appletizer and we were given just two bottles, no glasses, so had to ask for them. Falafel arrived quick, was fresh and tasty. My steak arrived without veggies, asked waitress, she ignored and just walked away. Lamb chops arrived without fries, after nearly 10 min they arrived Ive asked again for my veggies I was told abruptly I didn't ordered them, and again waitress walked away saying nothing with very annoyed face. Terrace was getting busy and waitress was mainly alone and she was possibly wasn't super experienced, but such treatment was not acceptable. So I had steak with nothing... It was ok, mushroom sauce was mediocre so meal wasn't really complete. Atmosphere was getting worse when all half naked girls started to taking pics everywhere and drink, we did not feel very comfy, long after we finished food I've asked for bill, then my veggies have arrived, I've asked to take them away but waitress still put them on table, which was extremely rude. Another thing to point out is appearance of waitress, her shirt was a complete mess and its just not acceptable, looked so unprofessional. If you want to get hammered cheaply and have a good snack this is the place its a big yes, but i can't call it a restaurant with a nice and calm atmosphere. P.S only today noticed they have cancelled my reservation at Open Table so i won`t leave negative review, so i`m changing my stars from 3 to 1. Very doggy. Atmosphere: 3 Staff and Service: 1 Food: 4
It was a short stay in London but after googling a few Hookah Shisha Lounges near my accommodation decided to try it out . I was not disappointed a bit. From the host at the door to the hookah server it was a great experience . It was cold and we were hungry but the place was busy and packed it being a Friday night . We decided to eat first in the restaurant . We ordered salmon and mixed grill phenomenal the chef himself promised that he will cook the best food and he really meant it . There was also a soccer game going on at the restaurant and the environment was let’s say electric . Our restaurant servers name was Vizab he was attentive and energetic he was serving a few tables in the restaurant side while making drinks and working the kitchen and so was the whole team . Once we finished our food they find us a table in the lounge area . The man of the hour here was Adam he is the manager of this establishment I could tell his team enjoyed working with/under him . He made sure that restaurant , door and the lounge I am sure besides the kitchen and other stuff ran in order . He sat us down gave me some good hookah recommendations and came through . A few positives about establishment besides being busy they had efficient clean up, coals were being changed constantly and drinks and food was being served none of the tables were left hanging . I genuinely mean that this place was up to mark with aesthetics, ambience and of course the food and hookah music was great and people were having a good time . I will return to this spot when visit London again . In the meantime if this helps visit this location ask for Adam . He will do the best he can within his means to be accommodative . Highly recommended !!
