"Zuma in London's Knightsbridge offers a sophisticated twist on the traditional Japanese izakaya style of informal eating and drinking. The ethos behind Zuma is to deliver an authentic, contemporary flavour of the east while respecting the traditions of the past."

As always, our favourite place with delicious flavours and fresh food. Such a fun atmosphere in there. A lovely place for a special occasion.Food: 5/5
I am a tourist visiting London with my boyfriend, and we reserved this restaurant a few days ahead. Bottom line - we felt that this restaurant was overpriced with respect to what you get. We ordered Chef's choice of sushi and a quail for starters, and a rib eye and sea bas as main dishes. The starters weren't that special in our opinion. The sushi was only OK - very normal, nothing more than rice and fish. The quail was nice but nothing extraordinary. The sea bas, on the other hand, was amazing. Juicy, very well grilled, with a great lemon like sauce, and beautifully served. The service was amazing. But eventually, the price was too high for what we got.
Celebrated my birthday here with some friends last week. The service and the food was outstanding. The atmosphere was vibrant all throughout the evening. We had also called in advance to arrange a birthday plate which our server kindly organized for us at the end of the meal. Highly recommend you go and try.Food: 5/5
Had an excellent time at Zuma. Went for the premium tasting menu. Everything was exquisite except for the Tempura which was a little bland. Our wait Sebastian was also fantastic, really welcoming and attentive. Would highly recommendFood: 4/5
Nice place with a very lively atmosphere. We definitely enjoyed our time here. Why low grade for the service: First they made us wait on the entry even though we booked our table in advance and there were other couples just waiting around not knowing what to do. Since the bar is always completely full they dont offer guests waiting for their table any sort of choice but to stand there. Even though the prices in this place are of a standard that you should be well taken care of. The sushi was good but when I ordered the same nigiri because I really liked the tuna belly one. They brought me a completely different tuna nigiri. And when I told them that it is wrong they acted like Im stupid and thats how it is. But also they offered me to take it back but it was in such a manner that I felt I was embarrassed to do that. Also the music is very nice and you can just come here for a cocktail and sit on the bar.
Great place for awesome food but with bad service! We arrived at 9:20. No one welcomed us and our reservation was at 9:30. We had to wait until 9:45 . I explained to the manager, Leo and he was helpful.Food: 5/5
Very busy on Sunday lunch. Kind of noisy but very trendy place. Delicious food. Maybe a bit too oily sweet and salty for my personal taste. But my bf’s bf was excellent and well done.Food: 4/5
Absolutely loved this restaurant, all the food was outstanding and waiters were extremely attentive. I particularly liked the tuna sashimi with ponzu sauce, and the sake we had was also amazing. Would definitely come back! We had a reservation and I definitely recommend getting one. The place is huge but every table seemed taken
One of those rare places where everything you order is just delicious. We also ordered some cocktails and sake to round out the meal. 10/10 experience for a special occasionFood: 5/5
Very average experience especially compared to the Zuma’s in Turkey & Dubai. The food didn’t hit the spot, lacked flavour and the service was so poor. Seems like they have also replaced the sauce with their popcorn chicken. Staff were ok, not courteous and friendly.. not good value for money either. Only the desert was good. Would not recommend and will not be going back
