A group of 12 of us went for my mums 60th birthday for a few drinks before going for dinner as a special occasion. We were treated so poorly and would have been served much quicker if we were in a Wetherspoons! We all ordered out drinks only to have to chase for them 45 minutes later and then to be told some of the mango cocktails didn’t even have mango in them! No sorry, no compensation just a lot of complaints that the server was the only one working! These cocktails are £25+ and for them not to have the right ingredients without being told prior to ordering is wrong. Terrible service and won’t be back. AVOID!!
A hotel bar that deserves a visit. Great selection of bar food with a particular impressive burger menu. Attentive staff but expect expensive prices.
This was an amazing spot for one that's not heavily marketed. We stayed at the hotel and people need to understand that if you eat or spend time in Knightbridge you'll pay not for what you eat or how much you eat but by where you're eating. It'll be costly but it'll be worth it. Food is great and he's the bar has great food, not just amazing drinks. Kelly was amazing as a server and bar tender. Terrific, convenient area.

It's a nice hotel bar. All dark and comfy. Good selection of drinks with well made cocktails. Service was interesting, verging on trying to hard to please with multiple staff members trying to take my order!
Booking ended up super stressful. Got confirmation via email but when rang to say we were running 10 mins late was told they didn't take bookings! But they had sent me a confirmation email. Not fun! Burgers had been featured online as there was some hype over signiture burgers for e.g. fois gras burger which we had . Bill for two burgers, one portion of chips to share, and two drinks each came to £134. In my option was worth no more than £80. Nothing special, tasty enough but not worth the visit. This is really only a hotel bar which should be frequented by people staying in the hotel happy to pay hotel prices.This is not a destination spot for burgers. Not special. Though I might add I enjoyed the drinks a lot. Red wine served at the right temperature and gin and tonic in nice glasses.
Beautiful bar to have a drink, used to be a bit better, service slightly slow, but staff very helpful to try to fix a momentarily issue
Called in for breakfast. Service was very good as expected at a place like this. Full english was also well cooked. Loved the scrable eggs. A bit pricey maybe but again something expected
Really expensive for what you get. Drinks very average and it felt quite dated. No atmosphere on a Saturday night.
