Very good service every time I go in, very helpfull staff

Went in at approx 130pm wed 13th July .was eventually seen by a young woman who could not have been more helpful .unfortunately I did not catch her name but thank you for absolutely excellent service. My name Mr G Chatterton  Abbey lane  sheffield s7 0b Brilliant!! Ps so nice to actually TALK to someone instead of usual hpop jumping on the net!!

Opening hours are reducing next week. 3pm closure weekdays, midday, I think, Sat. Apparently branch staff will be redeployed to call centre work
